Terms of service

These are the terms for using iServedYou. We've written them to be clear rather than clever. By requesting a checkup or signing up for Get found, you agree to them.
The free checkup
The checkup is free. We look over your Google listing and tell you what we found. There's no obligation to buy anything afterward.
Get found (monthly service)
- Get found is $49 a month at our founding rate, billed through Stripe. The founding rate is for early customers; customers who join later may pay more.
- It's month to month. There's no long-term contract.
- Your card is charged each month on the date you signed up until you cancel.
- If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Canceling
- You can cancel anytime from the customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing hello@iservedyou.com.
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and we'll keep working through the period you've paid for.
Refunds
First month: if you're a new customer and you're not satisfied, email hello@iservedyou.com during your first billing period and we'll refund your first month in good faith.
Later months: we don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with your service or a charge looks off, please email us and we'll look into it.
What we can and can't promise
We'll do honest, careful work on your listing. But Google decides how listings are ranked and shown, and we don't control that. We can't guarantee any ranking, number of calls, visits, or customers.
We won't post fake reviews, buy reviews, or ask only happy customers for reviews. Review replies we draft are only posted with your OK.
Your part
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Add us as a manager on your Google listing so we can make fixes. You keep ownership of your listing at all times.
- Let us know if something about your business changes, like hours or phone number.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by Google or other outside services.
Ending service
We may stop service if a payment fails and isn't fixed, or if we're asked to do something misleading or against Google's rules. If that happens, we'll tell you why by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and email current customers about significant changes.
