iServedYou helps local businesses in Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City keep their Google listing accurate. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We've tried to keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- When you ask for a checkup or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and any message you write.
- When you sign up for Get found: the details you give us about your business so we can work on your Google listing, and access you grant as a manager on that listing.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us basic billing details such as your name, email, and whether a payment went through.
- Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log things like your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To do the free checkup and send you the results
- To reply to you and do the work you signed up for
- To bill you and send receipts, through Stripe
- To keep records required by law
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't rent or trade it to marketers.
- We don't add you to text message lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe for payments, our email provider, and our website host. Each of them handles your information under their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working together and for a reasonable time after, mainly for billing and tax records. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it, except for anything we have to keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time. If we email you and you'd rather we didn't, just reply and say so. When you end Get found, you can remove us as a manager on your Google listing whenever you like.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let current customers know by email.
