What SERVED stores

SERVED does not require an account. We store information needed to run a case, including the case title, nicknames, written arguments, optional image evidence, generated verdict, and jury votes. Please use nicknames or first names and do not submit sensitive personal information.

Private by link

Case workflow pages are private by link, are not placed in a public case directory, and are marked not to be indexed by search engines. A private link is still a key: anyone who receives it may be able to view that page, so share it carefully.

AI processing

Written case information is processed by an AI service to generate Judge Miklosko's ruling. Image evidence is not sent to the AI model in the current version.

Technical data

Like most web services, SERVED's hosting and security systems may process basic technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. An anonymous browser identifier is used to help enforce one jury vote per browser for each case.

Sharing

SERVED does not require a phone number or email address to file a case. Sharing uses links that you copy or share from your own device.
