1. Showing an address customers can't visit. If you work at customers' homes and don't serve anyone at your shop, Google's guidelines say to remove your address from the profile and set a service area instead. A plumber working out of a house is the example Google itself uses.
2. A service area that doesn't match where you work. If you cover Henderson and Summerlin but not Pahrump, list the cities or ZIP codes you actually serve. In your Business Profile, choose Edit profile, then Location, and edit Service area. (The menu may differ slightly on Maps vs Search.) Google allows up to 20 areas. You can't set a radius anymore, and Google says the whole area shouldn't reach much past about 2 hours of driving from your base.
3. Hours you don't keep. Google asks for your regular customer-facing hours. If your profile says open 24 hours and night calls go to voicemail, the caller moves on to the next listing. List the hours someone actually answers. If you take emergency calls, say so in your description, and then pick up.
None of this is a ranking trick. It means the customer sees correct information and calls knowing what to expect.
